What do you see?

Some people when they look at this picture they see a field full of bales. Others see the large open land covered with the years first snowfall.
When I saw this field it reminded me of the real estate market. You see some would point out the foreclosures, the troubled financial institutions, and faltering stock market, represented by the hay bales in this photo.
I see and I hope you see the large open land covered by the thin snow as the even greater opportunity hidden under the surface for buyers to get the home of their dreams. With a large selection of properties on the market, the historically low interest rates, and with home prices on sale, now is the time to see the opportunity not the obstacles. There is alot more land than bales.
