House Hunting Tips
One the more exhausting things a person can do is to spend a day house hunting.  There are some suggested recommendations on things we can do to reduce our exhaustion and help us make the right decision on our largest investment.  Here are some suggestions:
•· Do not tour more than 10 homes per day.
•· Use a camera to take photos.  Separate the home's photos by taking a close up of the home's address.
•· Take detail notes of interior and exterior features of home and yard.
•· Take notes and photos of surrounding buildings, roads, parks, schools, etc.
•· Before making a decision to purchase, drive the neighborhood at least 2 different time periods within a day.
•· Revisit the property prior to making your final offer.
