Show The Children's Bedroom
One of the most under advertised rooms in many listings happens to be the children's bedroom. I am not sure why but most of the time the Agents focus on other features of a property. As a general rule most people identify the number of bedrooms required for their home as one of the most important criteria in their home search. Many times it is difficult to get good bedroom photos but highlighting one key feature can be attractive.
One helpful hint when taking  photo's of  a children's bedrooms is simply hightlighting a feature. Here is an example of taking a plain bed and adding some "kid creativity" by taking unnecessary articles and make them work for the listing.
Home shoppers with children look for potential properties that will appeal for their children. The goal is to take a fun picture which can go a long way as it may be the catalyst to a showing.Toys and knick knacks can be wonderful props for show casing bedrooms. Getting the children to  be involved in the process is also a way to reduce the stress and insecurities about moving.
