Does Landscaping Add Value?
           Landscaping will make your home easier to sell, but how much value it actually adds to your Anacortes home varies.  What is important to realize is that prospective buyers see your home on line and then often drive by.  That means that the front always has to be kept free of weeds.  There should always be pots and blooming plants in the yard to add color and warmth.  Lawns must be fertilized, watered and kept green and mowed.

But you can almost always get a return on your investment in decks, patios and outdoor living areas.
