More Cause For Panic Thanks To The Media

The Austin American Statesman posted an article today stating that November home sales have dropped to point worse than the great depression. During November 2008 we had a presidential election, and there were rumors, hopes, and belief that interest rates would drop dramatically.  No matter how much people need to buy they will wait if waiting will save them a significant amount of money, that is what is happening now.
