First Time Buyer Seminars -- what to do
Weichert gave us all a great template for First Time Buyer seminars. All good stuff, BUT, I don't think consumers are interested in sitting in a room with strangers; do you?
Seems to me the day of the seminar has been replace by searching the web in PJ's. Don't buyer's think they can get all their questions answered on-line?
And what about the expense of advertising. Print is dead; we all know that. So why would I pay for print to advertise a seminar? Humm- I'm really (as you can see) stuck here.
Yes, I'd love to give the seminar a try. I think the content is good- especially news about tax credits (note if the NAR is successful in turning the tax credit into a real credit with no payback- that news would we worth shouting about).
What do you think, should I try a webinar instead? Has anyone here done one and if so, what were your results?
If you have anyother suggestions or if you can talk me down on the whole concept of seminars advertised in print, I'm all ears.
Happy selling everyone
