Part VI and VII, Breath Control and Trigger Control
Regarding breathing and controlling breath.  When a shooter has to make a precision shot it very important for him/her to see how breathing effects the sighting of the weapon.  In order to do this they can hold the weapon out as if shooting and watch the sights move up and down with each breath.  Therefore, it becomes necessary to "hold" breath when pressing.
Regarding Trigger Control, the shooter is told to imagine a "press" to describe how his finger will work the trigger.  Pulling, denotes not straight to the rear, slapping is too abrupt not achieving a surprise break, and rushing the trigger is misaligning the sights before the bullet leaves the barrel.
Breath control, you have to know when you are sitting at the negotiation table, how and when to breathe.  Others will be able, if trained, to take notice of how you are breathing and by that determine what mental state you are in.  If you are relaxed, you will be breathing in through your nose and out your mouth.  There will be no effort used to breath.  If you encounter a stressful question, remember to breathe, it is very important, and your brain has a hard time thinking clearly without ... more
