I sell CHURCHES! How did I become a CHURCH SPECIALIST?
I remember when I told someone one time that I sell churches andI called myself a CHURCH SPECIALIST!  They laughed at me, but that'so.k.  I laughed all the way to the bank.  I happen to LOVE to work withchurches.  I started my company - Real Estate International and as our name indicated we worked with International clients.  Our Romanian, Korean and Russian clients contacted us regarding selling them landto build their church.  Then a pastor asked if we could sell them anexisting church.  I remember in the 1980's when there were no MLS,FMLS, or directories that listed churches for sale.  Back then we onlyused the MLS books.  So I spend 3-4 nights typing all the churches into my database.  I created a postcard and mailed them to every churchin the metro Atlanta area asking them if they want to sell or list theirchurch.  That's how it all started.  I have been very blessed that I have helped to sell 12 churches theirland or their facility to another church.  I have even been able to assist selling one of the churches to an International School.  I lovechallenges and I love thinking out of the box.  I find selling churchesvery peaceful, very rewarding and ... more
