I'm thrilled for 6 sellers in my area.  Since January 1st that's how many we've gotten contracts on their homes through Lane Realty.  Two have closed and two more are approved and just waiting to close and the other two while having been negotiated, well let's just say don't count your chickens before they hatch.  And while I still consider this a buyer's market, things are starting to move on Lake Sinclair.
