I Finally Caved
I swore I was going to avoid the Blackberry as long as I could, maybe even forever.  But last night, my husband and I celebrated Valentine's Day by taking advantage of the Buy One, Get One Free sale at Verizon Wireless.  I am the proud new owner of the Blackberry Storm.
A few words about this new phone.  First of all, when you haven't had a new phone in four years, you really feel out of the loop when you pick the top of the line replacement.  I think I had a legitimate panic attack in the parking lot of the store when the phone was ringing, and I had no clue how to answer it.  Today is a bit better, but it will take some serious time to get used to my new business hub.
As for the outgoing, old workhorse, all I can say is I feel guilty.  I feel like I have betrayed it.  I took it out of it's misery, and it wasn't even in misery.  That was the cell phone I got when I got my real estate license more than four years ago.  It was with me through thick and thin.  Even continued to work ... more
