Tale Of Two Buyers here in Charlotte NC
They both were relocation referrals from a local Charlotte NC company.
One couple found a gem. The other got what they got.
After weeks of phone calls and e-mails dripping with excitement. Each couple planned their trips and had me make the required showing appointments for their first day.
The first couple listened as I listened. The other couple talked as I listened.
The first couple called when they arrived, found the hotel I recommended, received their hotel discount I arranged for, and were ready the next morning. We toured most of the day looking at their choices. In the mix was one listing I gave as a recommendation, it was a new foreclosure just on the market. It was the last showing of the day and they loved it! as well as the price. It met all their requirements and more. Needless to say they got a great house, in a great neighborhood, great schools, almost 100K less than nearby comps. Happy and relieved, they closed in 21 days.
