First-Time Home Buyer Tax Credits - Feb 2009
Several of my customers have called to ask about the NEW Tax Credit.  AND what are the differences between the program in effect last year to the NEW Program this month.  
The National Association of Realtors website provided a downloadable PDF file of this chart.   I have printed out several and are carrying them with me for my customers.  The NAR Web site has great information about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
I downloaded this chart, and thought it would be great to post it here for my customers to see.  Here is a copy of that handout (this link is direct to download the PDF)  You can share with your friends and family. (Photo version below).
