Just returning from Keller Williams Family Reunion and where we go this year and what we do as Real Estate Professionals will be up to us.  The market we have is the market we've got.  Now more than ever, Real Estate Professionals have got to be focused, lead generate every day, be education based, and know what it takes to get you what you want. 
Lead generate three hours, four hours, all day if thats what it takes for a thriving and surviving business right now.  Agents have access to millions of home buyers and sellers each year and are in an excellent position to change the industry by becoming educated about the current economy and options for buyers and sellers.
