The Addiction of Social Networking!
It just amazes me how it is 1:00 AM and here I am on the internet catching up on one of the many social networks. This is so addicting!! Whether it be Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc....I just can't walk away!!
I started using Myspace first and then added Facebook. The sole purpose was to catch up with old buddies from my early years. After awhile, those old buddies were calling me to list their house or help them find a home to purchase. It was great.
I kept hearing "you need to use the social networking tools to market yourself" and I just never did....to the extent that I am now. I still have my personal Facebook and Myspace accounts but have now added my Professional accounts as well and I love it. It's not only fun to meet up with those old buddies but also to meet new professionals (other REALTORS) in different areas of the country.
