Buyer/Seller Mastery by Rick Geha
I have just completed a two day training event located at Keller Williams Realty in Lubbock Texas; the training was lead by Rick Geha a well known instructor and real estate agent.  This training was phenominal in the learning of scripts to work with both buyers and sellers.  Even in a market where the national media spreads doom and gloom buyers are still buying homes and sellers are still selling homes.  The key in today's market is proper pricing and agressive marketing.  This training is by far well worth the two days of classroom time.  If you have the opportunity to attend it will be a great investment to your real estate career.  Thank you Rick Geha for a phenominal class.
