Should You Sell Your Home in Today’s Real Estate Market?
This is an interesting discussion between Peter Schiff, owner of Euro Pacific Capital, and a caller to his radio show. I would love your thoughts. Comment and tell me what you think of this…do you think you will be able to pay off your home with a can of coke? How does this translate to you regarding the purchasing of investment property? Are the present economic issues a strong argument for buying rental property right now? I think so.
It just seems interesting to me that there are even people talking about all this craziness these days. Of course, we have time to turn these negative inflationary forces around, and if you ask me, I will tell you I believe in America. I believe in our system, and I don’t think we’re going to let it get too far. But I AM convinced that we have a very difficult time ahead. How difficult, that just remains to be seen.
