Taxes can be off the map and stranger than fiction. Why? First, they are due in a week. Second, this is when I watch my two favorite movies about IRS agents. Yes, I’m serious. Both films change my perspective with a positive attitude and my focus to just get them done. One of movies takes place in northern New Mexico. The film title is Off The Map. Often like the experience of doing taxes. The “week that was” just happened to me this week or perhaps it was last week. In any event it happened. It began by waking up in dark before sunrise in Santa Fe and turning on one of my ubiquitous screens to accompany my first moments of being awake. I confess, it all began last Monday when I went to my online office here on Activerain and then my phone rang.
