Hi everyone! I decided to start each week with some motiviation. I have noticed something that's pretty common among Realtors - every single one of us has a work habit that they'd like to improve. It's a unique industry as you're the boss! No one is going to fire you. You set your own rules. Creating habits can be difficult (especially doing the stuff you really hate, like prospecting etc). How cool is this? I'm not sure what the mats are all about (are they hiding something underneath?) Either way - it's VERY cool and I can't even imagine what's next....
Technology advances never cease to amaze me - I TOTALLY love this stuff! What's the coolest app you've seen so far?

This is a topic that generally isn't thought of much... helping your favorite websites make money! As all of you probably know - a majority of popular websites make their money on featured advertising. The way it works is that when you click an ad that is featured on your favorite website - the owner of that website makes money! (They get paid by the click!). Hello ActiveRainers,
I thought I'd share some really easy shortcuts to make life easier when navigating around the computer. Put your mouse away and start using those fingers!!
My FAVORITE and MOST USED keyboard shortcut is Control + C (copy) , Control + X (cut), and Control + V (paste). Once you get the hang of it, you'll see that it's pretty easy to do and saves quit a bit time - especially tasks where you're doing A LOT of copy/pasting. Soon you'll find that you're using these shortcuts without even thinking about it..

I had a great customer experience today with Sir James Locklear (one of the staff at ActiveRain) - he was friendly, helpful and engaging.. as I hung up, once again my love for ActiveRain has grown.. I thought to myself.. what can I do to give back - sort of a service appreciation thing?
So - I hmmm and hawwwwed and I think I figured it out! But here's what I think we should do:
