tucson: Welcome Back, Snowbirds! - 08/28/13 06:39 AM
snow·bird ˈsnōˌbərd/ noun noun: snowbird; plural noun: snowbirds 1. informal a northerner who moves to a warmer southern state in the winter.   As we roll into September, the migration of snowbirds is about to start. The migrate into areas of Tucson such as Saddlebrooke, Oro Valley, and Marana - among other places.  Some choose to live closer in town to be closer to public transportation, entertainment and our beloved University of Arizona Wildcats. Most return to the Old Pueblo from all points north. To most, the idea of shoveling snow and being stuck at the homes during blizzards isn't appealing.   … (0 comments)

What an incredible evening we had on Wednesday, March 20th! We held the grand opening for our beautiful downtown office and were overwhelmed with the turnout from our friends, family and business collegues!

We couldn't have done it without the help of our brokers, Kim and Matt, who believed in us enough to let our little team strike out on our own and make our … (3 comments)

William Johnson wrote an article today entitled "They Don't Teach Home Ownership in School" which was kind of eye-opening for me and made me scratch my head a little.

tucson: St. Patrick's Day in Tucson 2013 - 03/08/13 02:41 AM
Since we've been in our brand new downtown Tucson office, I've had the chance to get to know some of our new neighboring local business owners. Lawsuits against 2 AZ companies - Loan Modifications Targeted Latinos

“There is still a significant amount of fallout from the mortgage crisis, and consumers need to remain vigilant  when approached about mortgage modification services.
The legal actions that have been filed serve as a reminder that people need to be very careful about dealing only with reputable servicers,” said Attorney General Horne regarding the two Arizona-based companies charged with … (0 comments)

tucson: Learning at the Tucson Association of Realtors Expo - 09/16/10 04:55 PM
Yep - I drove aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllll the way out to Tucson just to hang out at the Expo and I'm glad I did!  OK - maybe that wasn't my only reason for hitting Arizona but, tell ya what, I'm glad I headed over to the convention center today!
Why?
I finally got to meet folks that I've known for on Facebook, learn a little bit about how things are done in the Old Pueblo and watch adults run around in Superhero Costumes.  That was the fun part for me - normal, everyday real estate agents, title folks and so on left their … (2 comments)
