I love it when Super Sellers and Bodacious Buyers come together in a common goal of a happy sale; especially when it involves 2 fabulous Fathers on Father's Day!! Good things come to good people and it was never more true than with these folks. Spending a day on the lake whilst waiting for a home inspection to be completed couldn't have been better. Sunshine, breezes and good company made it all worthwhile. Attaching the SOLD sign was the icing on the cake and it was such fun having the Buyers there to capture a photo!
