Yesterday, St Patrick's Day, was celebrated in fine form here at Emo's Eating Emporium!
We began the day baking Green Creme de Menthe & Chocolate Chip cookies and the majority survived until dinner time, lol We then prepared the Irish Lamb shanks which had been marinating in a wet rub of garlic, red chilies, cinnamon, curry powder, oregano and paprika overnight.
