cruz bay: A Little Vitamin Sea is Very Healthy!

A little vitamin sea is very healthy! Colorado has many beautiful sunny days, however I have been dealing with some pain issues (probably neck related) for over 8 months with no medical resolution...so a friend of mine suggested I should get more vitamin C in my system. So I took her advice and sheduled a vacation in the Virgin Islands! Here is a sample of my Vitamin Sea regimen:
