As part of my business plan for 2008, I have decided that I need to be a more active role in the development of the agents I work with. However, I am not an agent and have never been an agent. Since I do not sell real estate on a daily basis, I would love to hear from those of you that do... What do you want? How can I as a mortgage professional help you increase business? What information can I provide you that would be useful? How can I help make your business more efficient? How can I help you succeed in 2008?

See... it worked! I have only been an ActiveRain member for a short period of time... 4 days as of this post! I have posted 11 times (this is # 12) and am beginning to find my way around. But one thing has already jumped out at me like a big flashing neon sign.. you know, the kind of signs peopel ask God to send when they feel blind! ActiveRain members want to help each other! I mean it. Of my 11 posts, 2 of them were asking for help, seeking advice... that kind of "hey you... a little help please" type of post. … (10 comments)
