It seems like at least 5 times a week I speak to someone that wants to buy a home, but with all the negative press about the housing and mortgage markets, they are waiting for the smoke to clear. I highly recommed everyone take a weekend to get away. I did. I spent the past weekend freezing my tail off overnight camping with my son's cub scout pack. The temps got down in the 30's and with the shade it never really seemed to get out of the 50's. Chilly all weekend. But sitting around a campfire late at night looking up at the vast number of stars I have not seen in close to 20 years does alot to help reset yourself.
