One of my more challenging lots that I managed to sell during not only the Pandemic but more importantly during the Curfew!! So with that said Congratulations to the Sellers and their patience. At the same time congratulations to the buyer and the buyer's agent.
If you hear that selling land is easy well think again. One of the neighbors put a gate on the public dirt road aka paper street and extended his back yard for his Bull Mastiff dog to run freely. Clearly discouraging showings....
