Throwback Thursdays: Love "One Drive" the photos keep on coming... sometimes it is a distraction because I click on it and then I am motivated to see other photos and spend some time reflecting on the past. This of course can be a huge distraction and not what I intended on doing. I am very obsessive and compulsive about time management, hence I could say "One Drive is not my friend."

Wordless Wednesdays: easy dinner tonight... as I was making dinner, Diane was giving me the side eye are you going to put this over something? Meaning the mushrooms and the shrimp. I smiled and said no I will put it under something:)) Little did she know I was going to add Four Cheese Tortellini from Rome:) Now with that said she was OK with it. Well as promised my first meal from the cook book: Pasta Modern with my variation. Their recipe was called "Fragula con arselle" the teeny tiny pasta with clams. Well, the only substitution to the recipe was instead of using Fragula Pasta from Sicily I had M'hamsa Couscous not as big and not as mushy as Israeli Couscous. so, with that that said let's go to the ingredients: 1. 2lbs of very small clams (scrubbed & cleaned) 2. little bit of extra virgin olive oil (about three tablespoons) 3. three garlic cloves chopped (toast it in the olive oil) … (36 comments)
