Speechless Sunday: Did you know that there are more ten types of Asparagus? I have heard that there are actually twelve types. I have had about six or seven of the Asparagus varieties in my life.
They each taste differently this of course reminded me of Real Estate and Realtors. There are many different types of Realtors. Hopefully you are more like the Purple Asparagus. When you have a chance, please read up on the Purple Asparagus.... if you are too busy well the short answer is they are sweeter than their counterparts..

The silent and forgotten victims of the Fires in Malibu and vicinity are the animals.....
The Fires in Malibu and vicinity are very scary, and I feel terrible for those who lost their homes, lives and loved ones. As of this writing, the fires continue to rage and sadly they are still not contained. Depending on who you talk to, the Hill Fire is about 65-70% contained, but the Malibu Fire aka the Woolsey Fire is around 10-15% contained. Security: how good is your security system? Do you have your home well protected? What do you do or what should you do when you are planning to go away for a few days?
There are various definitions of “Security” and what they stand for. I have noticed, that sometimes people refer to “systems” whose purpose is to provide security for their homes. What a couple years make. I have written in March of 2015 all the grousing by the media and anyone involved or interested in the James Beard Awards (James Beard Article by Endre Barath 2015 )
The articles and the buzz is quite different from two years ago. This year Los Angeles has bragging rights, after all 25 people are on the Semi Final List in a total of eleven categories.

Happy Chinese New Year, this is ‘The Year of the Rooster’. Growing up as a kid I always enjoyed going to Chinese Restaurants with my parents. It was always a fun event, eating the type of food my mother would not cook and reading the placemats with the description of the Zodiac Signs.

The Beverly Hills, CA 90210 Market Trend Report is out... instead of the usual four quartiles I thought it would be beneficial to see the big picture first.
Here is the Median Sales Price it is still increasing but at least not at astronomic price increases. Needless to say next time I will have to break it out into my usual four quartiles because the $100,000,000 sale of the Playboy Mansion would throw the figures off....
