One of the hardest things for me is to go backwards. What I mean by that is, since the market has been very completive in my Real Estate market, I seem to be working harder trying to get offers accepted for my buyers. Keeping their motivation going and assuring them, that it maybe the sixth or seventh offer that might be the one. This is very time consuming.
In the mean time, the process of generating new listings is equally challenging, because the sellers are not as motivated to move, rather they are remodeling or expanding in their existing homes. I know … (38 comments)

OK I am reaching out to those of you who are familiar with the Featured Listings on the profile page. I have five listed right now thanks to a very helpful Active Rainer. So I am reaching out to the community does any one know is there a limit how many you can post here?? Needless to say I have many more listings and I would love to feature them.

Normally when I get this e-mail on my Black Berry or if I am in front of my PC I get very excited and look forward to reading who sent me a comment. Since I blog, I find it refreshing when someone gives feedback.
