Culver City Celebrating 100 years. What an awesome way to start the Centennial!!! Unfortunately, I have been so busy that I am just getting to brag about the Culver City Celebration of 100 years. Needless to say September 24th was the opening day of celebration. What was I doing, I had to take my Assistant to the Veterinarian to get a medical shampooing and some “tune up”. Business & Friendship: where do you draw the line? I am in escrow on a house in Culver City, CA. for those of you who missed it I did a very aggressive Marketing Campaign. I sent out to the nearest 500 neighbors a Just Listed post card. Then to boot I did not show the property for about a week and a half to anyone. I did a virtual tour with floor plans, then I could go on and on. Culver City: Photo of the moment. The other day I was driving by a restaurant and I did some quick street parking, because I wanted to check it out. Needless to say Washington Blvd is becoming very trendy and some people have nicknamed it Restaurant Row. What caught my eye was this post. Clearly the city is paying hommage to all the famous Movie Moguls. So if you drive down focus on these post every one has a different name printed on it.

Did you know that NPR -West (aka National Public Radio) is located in Culver City, CA? On a side note did you know that, NPR was established in the early 1970’s and has withstood the test of time? A private company with a good product and a little help with Taxpayer Support can achieve a lot. As most of you know, NPR produces and distributes a great many cultural programs. I was just returning home from a showing in Century City. I love to take the fast and easy short cut to Marina Del Rey, CA. If you are a local you know I am referring to Culver Blvd. It is better than taking the Freeway.
