Competition or Cooperation this question, has always been in the background on Active Rain in the local markets. Just as competition has been more pronounced in the local markets with the various Brokerages it also exists on a more pronounced level in the local markets.

Most people have seen the traditional Russian dolls, but not many know that they are called "Matryoshka". Even fewer know what the tradition is about. They are known by others as the "Nesting Dolls", because the bigger one you open then there is a smaller one inside and it keeps getting smaller and smaller.
Having lived in Europe I have seen them from close up and was always amazed at the intricate painting of each doll.
