The Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. Well often I drove by and most of the tourist were intrigued by it because there used to be a car hanging on the side of the Museum. Always thought it was a great advertisement.
Then one day the Museum Closed for renovation. In our busy lives I would drive by and would be fascinated with the architecture. Needless to say it is on my list to check out from the inside. How to fight against the Internet Bad Guys who send you potential destructive emails....
Recently I have noticed that the “bad guys” on the internet are getting better and better, I see emails allegedly from, Agents who I know or recognize their names…
I also get inquiries from potential buyers who want me to click on the embedded link to identify their needs. Others tell me that their Pre-Approval letter or their Proof of Funds are in the embedded link. Most of these are sophisticated or not so sophisticated attempts at breaking into my emails…
