Can you name the Restaurant where these tiles are? This post was inspired by Ron and Alexandra Seigel post of the other day about Tiles:))) needless to say not wanting to take away for Wayne Martin with his challenging quizzes. I must give you a hint. The Restaurant is located in Los Angeles, CA.
The Chef has written two cookbooks and has numerous other restaurants and this was the second restaurant... hope this helps...

How does the Beverly Hills Single Family Market compare to the Los Angeles real estate market? This is an interesting question I was asked the other day. Many ways to look and analyze it. So with that said I figured let's look at the four bedroom or more homes for the past three months. This should give a good indication of what is goind on in comparison. Keep in mind I also added 3000 square feet or larger home. Hence that would target the larger more luxurious homes for better compare.

OK let me clarify my question, first of all, you are not in escrow with this Realtor. Second you never spoke to this Realtor and third, you do not know this Realtor.

The Beverly Hills, CA Single Family Market Report for the month of July 2015 is very telling.
The median list price in Beverly Hills, CA is $4,965,000.00 this clearly is an impressive number.
Inventory is up and the Market Activity is trending down recently. If you looked at the days –on-market you would think that the overall market is fast. The reality is the overall market conditions are weakening a bit. I have notice numerous price reductions.

When you are under pressure and it does not matter that it is Sunday and it is Oscar Sunday, you still have to make a quick and easy dish to keep the visitors or your other half full and happy.
Not too many people I know do not like Shrimp just as not too many people do not like Deviled Eggs so why not combine the two?
Ingredients:
Depending how many people show up 6-8 eggs are in order
6-8 frozen shrimp or fresh boil in hot water once cooked chopp into small pieces

Look what came in the Mail. Often times we get no mail or all we get is junk mail. Then there are other times we get something that is memorable.
This time a true treasure arrived in the mail. I was so excited I could hardly wait to get in the house and open the padded envelope. The best part was, that the Letter Carrier did not jam it in the mail slot rather just leaned it against the house.
