Wordless Wednesdays: just for fun Mac & Cheese flavored popcorn... I do a lot of high-end meals but there are times when I just like playing with food. Now with that said how about making a Kraft's Mac & Cheese flavored Popcorn? Ingredients: 1. 1/2 a cup of corn 2. one tablespoon of canola oil 3. two ounces of butter 4. bag of Mac & Cheese mixture (use the pasta for something else) 5. another four ounces of melted butter. Wordless Wednesdays: sometimes the sides are the focal point of a meal. When I have leftovers, I try to provide a great side dish or a great bread, well tonight I chose a biscuit, and it was a winner. This is the second time I made it and it was delicious both times. Keep in mind under 20 minutes you have a great Bisquit. No hard labor easy to make. If you love a great biscuit, this one is take my word for it.

Hard to believe Easter 2022 is in the books already... this year we only had one of our neighbors over for dinner. Needless to say I did the preparation setting the table as well as cooking the meal. We were so busy talking no one took pictures of the meal. Well, in case you are interested I had colored Easter Eggs as decoration on the table and made Deviled Eggs with a twist on my mother's French Salad. Speechless Sunday: Holly & Jill waiting for mom to get home... As a Pet Friendly Realtor in Los Angeles, I am still amazed how do the Pets know that "mom" is almost home.... two minutes before her arrival this is what it looks like in our home.
Did they hear me talking with her on the phone? Do they have ESP??? I do not know but see for your self and enjoy.

Thanks to California Pandemic Lockdown Protocol Thanksgiving was a bit different.... needless to say we were all still 'Thankful' for the abundance of love and food we received. I will not post anything more about it with the exception of these two pictures.
The preperation was the same and as you can see the Turkey turned out great as well. Diane was a bit worried since I did the turkey with a different way of cooking.
