8635 Hollywood Blvd.: SOLD!!! not your everyday sale. In 2013 I represented the seller, and another agent bought the buyer.
2022 I submitted an offer from the neighbor whom I sold the land in 2022. We could not come to an agreement.
2023 submitted an offer again and it was accepted. Go figure all cash deal should have been fast and easy sale. Well not really the seller's LLC was expired... he had tons of liens on all his properties... after six and a half months of being in Escrow, title cleaned up and the buyer being patient we closed today.

Today I received an email link from one of my concerned client’s. The link was giving the gloom and doom headline along with several cut and pastes taken from the National Association of Realtors (NAR’s) statistics to substantiate the message. Having been a Realtor for over 24+ years and 22+ years of it in the greater Los Angeles real estate market, I had gratefully many transactions. Hence, there are many stories to share. Some stories cannot be shared due to confidentially agreements and to protect the parties involved. Other stories of course are wide open for dissemination. Then there are stories where changing the names and locations would be highly advisable to protect the guilty parties.

As most of you who have been reading my posts know, that it has been a while since I had an Assistant. Quietly and unassumingly Jack has taken over the Duties.
He spends the better part of the morning, afternoon and evenings in my office. He is a dedicated companion. Funny part is he takes breaks without me being interrupted. The only time he comes back and complains is when the food bowl is empty.
I am amazed how intuitive he is. He comes over periodically just to break my chain of thoughts, if he thinks I am not heading in the right direction.
