My question is what is more fun reminiscing about great food I had, or I made? Or about going on listing appointments in historic Laurel Canyon?

2022 I submitted an offer from the neighbor whom I sold the land in 2022. We could not come to an agreement.
2023 submitted an offer again and it was accepted. Go figure all cash deal should have been fast and easy sale.
