I often get asked “So what can you build on this lot?” or statements like “This lot is not buildable.” I smile and just shake my head and take the trouble of advising the potential buyer or the potential buyer’s agent to reach out to a savvy hillside architect and they will help and will be pleasantly surprised at the answer they get.
