The Playboy Jazz Festival is this weekend: bittersweet....
Did you know that The Playboy Jazz Festival is at the Hollywood Bowl this weekend (June/11/2016-6/12/2016)?
This year is flying by, I barely had time to notice that this is the 38th Playboy Jazz Festival. Needless to say this is an internationally acclaimed event. One of the truly premier Jazz Festivals in the United States if not the World.
Generally, it is one of the hottest weekends of the year temperature wise and the regulars come loaded with suntan protection, food and alcohol. Especially since the event starts around 3pm and the sun is usually out … (23 comments)

If you are buying or selling a Vacant Lot in BHPO you need to get an expert’s evaluation as to the true value of the property or as to how the market activity is. Selling land is not like selling a Single Family Residence in Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) it is not as cut and dry. There are many tangible and intangible factors that determine the true value of the land.
