Speechless Sunday: we have had some strange weather here in Los Angeles lately. Out of nowhere, we had another rainstorm around 5pm today. Then when the clouds cleared look what we saw. What a beautiful rainbow.
If you look closely at both pictures you will notice an airplane coming to land at LAX, that is Los Angeles International Airport. When I was watching I saw the plane was in the middle of the Rainbow. By the time I got my camera out and took the two pictures well in one photo, the plane was still in the rainbow, the other one just … (24 comments)

Imagine if you were catching a flight from LAX? I was heading to my favorite Drycleaners in Manhattan Beach, CA and I got caught in the middle of this traffic hell.
Keep in mind the flights from LAX stop after about 10:30pm and start up around 5:30 am.
Now with that said, when I lived in Europe construction was done during the late-night hours not to disturb the rush hour traffic and just normal traffic either. Clearly here in Los Angeles we do not care about making life easier for the public.

If you drive on the road you might notice things, provided you look up. I have been watching how this road has been built over the past two years in LAX (That is Los Angeles International Airport)
Look like they are almost finished. The pictures reminded me of Real Estate transactions. Sometimes the buyers and sellers have a huge gap to close. Then there are other times the gap is getting closer and closer and they are almost there.

Often I end up driving on Sepulveda Blvd on my way to my various errands, such as going to Whole Foods in El Segundo or going to Manhattan Beach to my car was.... or on my way to Redondo Beach to my Fishmonger. Anyway you get the idea. Needless to say since we live in Westchester, CA we need to get past the LOS ANGELES International Airport aka LAX.
As I take these trips often I notice things on the road. Well look what I noticed on this trip. A United Airlines Plane.

Did you know that Westchester, a section of Los Angles has a walk of fame too? Most people from all over the Globe are familiar with the Hollywood’s Walk of Fame. The ones that have the stars on the sidewalk and have the names engraved, that one is in Hollywood, another part of Los Angeles. If you read the names, you will notice that they are all somehow connected to the entertainment industry. Median for Sale and Median Sold Single Family Residences in Weestchester, CA are UP!!!
As you can see inventory is up by 10% and as previously reported Sold Prices are up by 27%. This is clearly a sign that the Los Angeles Real Estate Market is back up in full swing at the moment!
