EPA Announces Lead Paint Enforcement Actions
If for some reason you thought it is OK to skip some of the Real Estate Disclosures, well think again. Here is a perfect example, where the Environmental Protection Agency is serious about cleaning up lead paint.
On March 12, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced six settlements, totaling $287,000 and completed over the last year, regarding lead paint enforcement actions.
