As a Vacant Land Specialist in Los Angeles I get many inquiries from Sellers to give them a market analysis and what I think their land is worth. Now with that said often I ask basic questions, such as what is the terrain look like? I also ask if they have reports such as Geology, or a Survey and the list goes on and on. Most sellers are pretty honest and straight forward. Others tend to be a little Pinocchio-ish.
