los angeles relocation realtor endre barath: If you drive on the road you might notice things provided... - 03/13/22 02:06 PM
If you drive on the road you might notice things, provided you look up. I have been watching how this road has been built over the past two years in LAX (That is Los Angeles International Airport)
Look like they are almost finished. The pictures reminded me of Real Estate transactions. Sometimes the buyers and sellers have a huge gap to close. Then there are other times the gap is getting closer and closer and they are almost there.
In case you were wondering traffic was so congested it was easy to take the pictures. Unlike during the early days of the Pandemic. … (33 comments)

los angeles relocation realtor endre barath: Perspective: Leaving LAX that is Los Angeles International Airport... - 11/18/18 10:54 PM
We mostly see Airplanes landing or leaving Los Angeles International Airport aka. LAX, seldom do we see or post about this view! Perspectives are not only important but they are paramount. How you look at things will often influence the outcome. As a Beverly Hills Realtor I try to focus and look at all sides of the situation, otherwise the results can be less than desirable, but I am digressing..
The photos and views were taken as we were leaving Los Angeles and heading to Boston, MA. The photo below is views of the Catholic Church and the Fire Department of Westchester, … (13 comments)

los angeles relocation realtor endre barath: Would you consider relocating to a city on your credit good or bad? - 09/15/18 10:14 PM
Would you consider relocating to a city based on the fact, that you could buy with bad or great credit?
I just read an article on R.com and it made me pause. Their headline was bragging about ten places in the US where you can buy a home with bad credit. My first reaction was WHY would they publish something like this? Then my second reaction was, in Real Estate there are cause and effects to headlines like this. Third have they thought through what their headline’s ramifications will be on those local markets? Just to grab the attention they are willing … (34 comments)

los angeles relocation realtor endre barath: Los Angeles Housing Problems, Costs and Solutions... - 05/20/18 10:38 PM
Los Angeles Housing Problems, Costs and Solutions…
I have been meaning to write about this “Subject”, for a while, but for some reason time always managed to get in the way. Los Angles has a huge shortage of homes in relation to people living and who are in the process of relocating or are considering relocating to Los Angeles. This of course translates to very expensive rental and purchase prices for living in Los Angeles. The short answer to the problem is ‘simple economics’: Supply & Demand!
As you  look closer you can see, this problem is multifaceted: 1. One issue  is that … (14 comments)

Heading Home on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks, CA I was enjoying a perfect day. All day was around 72 -74 degrees, no humidity. Diane and I  were at the Los Angeles Festival of Books this past April; I managed to find it,  in a bargain book section. This is a fantastic book.
