First and foremost, what is a CC& R? The definition is:  Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. These bylaws   limit the usage and add limitation on a real property being sold, by the homeowner’s association. These laws basically dictate how the Association Operates and what Rule the owners, tenants and guest must follow.

Playa Vista Condominium Market Report for October 2010. I had to go back and look at September's numbers, then I had to double check see if I did the search parameters right. I had a difficult time accepting the numbers. They were totally amazing, almost identical numbers for the month of October 2010 as for September 2010.
There were 35 Active Condominiums on the Market compared to 33 the previous month.

Well here we are September is upon us and we need to look at how the Real Estate Market activity was for August in Playa Vista. The other two micro markets that I watch the numbers spiked dramatically upward, hence I was very surprised when I saw the numbers here.
The Active Condominium listings dropped from the previous month's 43 to 38. This is a surprise since the past four months the inventory has been creeping upwards.
