Since September 11, 2001 every year Pepperdine University has been commemorating the victims of this horrific event. The flags represent those who were killed and what nationality they were. Yes indeed the majority of the victims were Americans. As you look at this sea of flags you will notice Brazilian, Israeli, French to name a few. All forever united in death.

Diane and I were driving back home on PCH. We went shopping in Camarillo. Every year we try to do something different for her birthdays. This time it was the outlet stores in Camarillo. On our way back we drove by Pepperdine University.

Paradise Cove, Malibu, CA before all the people arrive for the summer rush. It is easy to get food wine or beer and most importantly a parking space. I would bet you today if you manged to get in to park, there would be no room for anything and the wait would be pretty extensive to get food and drinks.
Inspite of it, Paradise Cove is a great destination place no matter what time of year. The food is good too.
This is the time when even seagulls have room to walk.

Being Frugal is back in fashion, I was reading a couple of weeks ago in the LA Times Business Section. This made me think, not too long ago I used to enjoy Non Vintage Krug Champaign at a silvery price.

The other day I was at the Airport that is LAX in Los Angeles, waiting for one of my clients flying in to buy property in Malibu. The plane was late and I saw this Magazine called LAX. Interestingly there was an article about Gladstone's of Malibu. They opened a Restaurant in LAX.

As If you are driving on the Pacific Coast Highway from Santa Monica heading north the first prominent Landmark you see is this great Villa on a high promontory. Oil magnate J.
