Speechless Sunday: good intentions.... well, you know.... Brian England made a comment about all the Tangerines that were blooming in our backyard. Well I bought a bag full of tangerines, well let's be honest half a bag.... see for yourself. We had our Meetup in Pasadena with John Pusa & Michael Jacobs I was distracted when I saw Michael in the parking lot and got out of my car and the bag stayed in my car. As I was driving home to Westchester, I realized the bag was in the back seat. Long story short I have been eating a lot of Tangerines. … (48 comments)

Those of you who read my blogs regularly might remember, my navigational challenges to meet up with Brian England & Michael Jacobs in Pasadena. An unsanctioned Active Rain Meet-up hampered by Technological Challenges still became a success… For the old timers on this platform, you will recall that Active Rain loved sponsoring ‘Meet-ups’ by giving lots of Active Rain Points to the person who would coordinate a Meet-up. Less than a month ago we were at the Vroman's Bookstore in Pasadena and saw this in the elvator.... Four days ago there is a New President in the United States!!! How exciting how will this change? Well it has been a while since I wrote an Almost Speechless Sunday Post, hence I feel it is long overdue. Now with that said every year either Diane and I go to Vroman's Book Store together or I go alone to Pasadena for the After Christmas 40% sale. Some of you might ask WHY? well the idea of buying 200-300 Christmas & Holiday Cards might not mean much to most, but if you calculate at 40% discount it is a respectable savings. Rose Parade in Pasadena, CA By now you are thinking why is Endre Barath writing about the Rose Parade again? Well in all fairness, we love the Rose Parade.
