Observations by a Beverly Hills Realtor: Politics and Politicians have and will affect the Real Estate Market
Having been a Realtor for over 27 years, I find it very important to understand all the factors that influence and affect the real estate market at local, state and national levels. Obviously, some of these factors come about thanks directly to politics and politicians. To illustrate this point, I'll give a few examples.
