Few people outside of Angelinos are aware that Playa Del Rey, CA not only has Condominiums but there are a few Single Family Homes as well. Some of them have fantastic Ocean Views that rival Marina Del Rey, Venice and Santa Monica views. So with that said let's look at the Market Trends. As many of you know over the years I have been "preaching" that Playa Del Rey, CA is the best kept secret in the beach communities adjacent to Los Angeles, CA. Many looked at me as if I was crazy. So let’s look how the November real estate activity fared comparatively. The month has been quite mixed with good news and bad news.
