I have been saying for many years that Playa Del Rey is the most undervalued neighborhood in Los Angles. This great community has been under the radar for many years. It is nestled between LAX and Marina Del Rey. Now that Silicon Beach has transformed Venice, Marina del Rey and vicinity, not surprising that Play Del Rey has caught on as well. Well look at these prices and tell me if I am wrong.

Playa Del Rey, CA used to be the best kept secret in Los Angeles, this part of the city has beech front properties and on one side they are Marina Del Rey adjacent and on another side they are Westchester,CA adjacent.
