It Never Rains in Southern California, I am sure you heard the song... I am dating myself the year was 1972 when it was first publicly released.
Just as many of my readers who do not live in the greater Los Angeles do not believe me that we have four seasons. The only difference is that our seasons are milder.
On the other hand, when we have rain, Oh Boy it is like going through a car wash is the best comparison.

As sunshine has returned to Los Angeles, I had to reflect and enjoy the real sunshine vs. the liquid sunshine.
Most of you are familiar with the term “Texas- sized”? Well, if you are not, let me share, we consider this definition as ’bigger than anywhere else’. Now with that said we have had ‘Texas sized rain’ here in the Greater Los Angeles area for a while now. Most of us were thrilled to get the H2O.
