New Construction Projects in Los Angeles, CA according to many statisticians Los Angeles is the third most active city when it comes to new construction high-rise buildings.
There are currently at least 30-35 new construction projects being built and they are in various stages of building phase, from the foundation to placing the roofs on High Rise building. I am referring to a wide berth from Downtown Los Angeles to Santa Monica all the way to the Pacific Ocean.

Definition of Posh according to the Urban Dictionary is defined as rich, well to do, or aristocratic. My definition is more like affluent, luxurious and a life style. Better yet I would give the: The Back Bay of Boston MA as an example of the definition of Posh.
If you want to visit a part of Boston that is elegant and tidy one of the first places that come to my mind is the Back Bay. It is a pleasure to walk and wherever you take your leisurely walk on Newbury Street you can enjoy the boutiques as well … (14 comments)

Ok I was on the computer responding to a Counter Offer on one of my transactions which I am negotiating.
No I was not cookingJ but this one was a “snap” I immediately went to the US Geological Website to see what magnitude this earthquake was. According to the site it was only a 2.8 magnitude. Hence I suspect this one was closer, because it felt stronger than the one we had Friday (3.2) hence I know it was closerJ. ( http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/map/ )

The last Red Sox home game of the season.
As most of my readers know I am a diehard Red Sox fan. I have returned to the Ring ceremony in 2004 to Boston, MA. I still proudly wear my Division Champs Baseball Cap. Ironically this year, the Red Sox are at a 50+ year low. As of this blog post they have lost 91 games. Never the less I have gone to the last home game!
