I was driving on Sunset Blvd to a listing appointment as I was driving by a famous Music Store all I could think of wow they must be doing something special to be able to be three doors down during the Pandemic and making a good living. Well look closer at the picture and the message they are sending...

Book Soup: Author signings at the Sunset Strip store aka as the West Hollywood, CA. store.
One of my favorite bookstores has been Book Soup in West Hollywood, right on the world famous Sunset Blvd. Just to add a little background history, when we relocated from Boston, MA about 20+ years ago, we went to a book signing at Book Soup. Cathy Bates (the actor) read from the book “Delores Claiborne”, that they made into a movie and she was the main character. The Guitar Center in Hollywood, CA is the flagship Guitar Center Store and a museum at the same time. It is hard to believe that in 1964 the Guitar Center started and today there are hundreds of stores across the entire United States.
They have one of the most impressive memorabilia on display. Recently I saw the world premier of a new Television Show called "The Guitar Center Sessions "where they interview musicians who have made it in the industry. sunset strip: Fantastic View Lots above the Sunset Strip

I have just listed another View Lot above the Sunset Strip.
Before I go into the details of my new listing. I want to share with you, that a week ago I closed on one Lot three parcells away from this one. The Land Sales have been slowed due to the downturn of the RE Market and the Economy. I am starting to see life in both. Particularly when Land starts to sell, it is a sign of confidence returning to the market. Just as an FYI two months ago four parcells sold about five hundred yards from these lots.
